Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love every product you purchase from Drive DNA.

Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a purchase receipt.

Process: Contact our customer care team with your order details and images of the product to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized, used, or clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds: Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

How to request a return or exchange (damaged/incorrect product):

1. Email info@drivedna.in within 24 hours of hours of delivery with subject: OrderNumber_exchange/return.

3. Share the following details in the mail:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage
• An unboxing video showing proper package opening.

4. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to assist with the return, exchange, or refund.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

After Dispatch: Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Timeline: Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7–10 business days.

Drive DNA’s Right: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspicious transactions.
